Our goal is that every client feels welcomed, loved, and accepted. We promise to be patient and truthful. Our time together should feel casual, comfortable, and above all else, it should feel safe.
Our practice skills are trauma-informed and integrate theology, psychology, & neurobiology.
I'm a San Diego native enjoying the Arizona sun for over 20 years. I love loud music, chips & salsa, and fishing. I also enjoy silence and a good nap!
I'm passionate about helping people take the lead in their own stories. Sometimes that means processing past experiences and noticing how it affects their present situation. My clients learn how to move forward in new ways - towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Growing up in Oklahoma I was known for my compassionate nature and willingness to support others. After moving to Arizona and working my way through the corporate world, my spare time was dedicated to volunteering in leadership development and counseling for young adults and teens. Eventually, my passion for helping others led me to full-time pastoral work.
My mission with Side by Side is to mentor individuals navigating:
Teen Issues, Grief, Divorce, Single Parenting, Remarriage, Depression, Anxiety, and Faith.
I am also very passionate in helping young pastors and churches with Training & Support regarding mental health.
In my downtime, I enjoy pizza and wings, a good blockbuster movie, and setting aside time to draw or get crafty.
