Payment is due at the time of session. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards including HSA/FSA. See our INSURANCE page for info regarding out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled session, and you do not provide at least 24-hours notice of cancellation you will be required to pay the full cost for your session.
Discounted Rates
It is our desire to make counseling as affordable as possible while also ensuring we can continue to operate. If you are unable to pay, we respectfully ask that you approach your church for financial assistance through our Cost-Sharing option. Please download and complete the COST-SHARING FORM BELOW when you request financial assistance.
Scholarships
Thanks to our community of donors and supporting partners, full and partial counseling scholarships are available on a limited basis for those experiencing deep economic hardship. Contact us for details and eligibility.
